• Structuring the issue of securities, including a thorough analysis of the financial and market position of the company and the investors’ interest;

• Servicing the offering according t the chosen method;
• Placement of the issue and raising of awareness among potential investors, upon request;
• Registration of the issue with Central Depository JSCo, as well as entering the company in the Public Companies Register with the Financial Supervision Commission;
• Drafting all documents required with respect to the listing of the issue on the BSE–Sofia;

Private offering of securities

BenchMark prepares private offerings of common or preferred shares, corporate, mortgage or other type of bonds. The main activities in connection with the private offering of securities that BenchMark performs are:

• Structuring the issue of securities, including thorough analysis of the financial and market sustainability of the company and the investors’ interest;
• Definition of memorandum and attached documents;

Tender offers
